Jo’s story

Jo Todd suffered severe traumatic injuries, in 2008, as the result of a head on collision with her vehicle whilst on a snowboarding holiday in the French Alps. She sustained a broken pelvis, multiple fractures to both her legs, a broken elbow, humerus and damaged eye sockets. After two weeks in intensive care in France, Jo was flown back to the UK and transferred to the Major Trauma Unit at Leeds General Infirmary where she was put under the care of Professor...
